Job Summary:
The Facilities Engineer is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, design, and operation of the factory's infrastructure and equipment to ensure efficient production and compliance with safety, health, and food hygiene standards. This role involves managing facility systems, including HVAC, refrigeration, utilities, and building maintenance, while minimizing downtime and optimizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration.
• Plan and oversee maintenance schedules to prevent production interruptions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food industry regulations.
• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for repairs and upgrades.
• Identify and implement cost-effective solutions for energy and resource efficiency.
• Support facility expansions, upgrades, and improvement projects.
