We are currently working with a prestigious central London based client who are recruiting for a 3month contract for highly motivated self starter to join their team to provide facilities management support to the staff and visitors.  The role will be based in their Chancery Lane offices.

Duties:

The role is to provide administration support and has an internal and external focus supporting the general day to day activieies and provide a seamless experience to those visiting.  This may include amongst other duties:

Front of House support, room and desk booking co-ordination and visitor management 

Co-ordination of deliveries and meeting with suppliers eg cleaning company. maintenance company, security provider, landlord or document deliveries

Act as point of contact for on-site IT issues or technical support (video conferencing facilitilies, photocopier breakdowns, SML process support or KIT issues and escalating reporting where necessary 

Health and Safety, fire marshal, and first aid marshal (full training will be provided)

Person Specification:

An ideal candidate will have had experience in a similar front of house or facilities role and be familiar with the duties carried out in such a role.

You will be confident and competant dealing with Senior members of the team and with visitors and possess the necessary skills and confidence to communicate at this level

A positive can do attitude with a proactive approach to performance improvement

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
