Job Title: Facilities Manager (Health & Safety)

Location: On-site (South Wales)

Salary: Up to £50,000 + Annual Bonus

CPS Group is supporting an Asset Management Consultancy in their search for a Facilities Manager specialising in Health and Safety, on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have a blend of experience in facilities management and health and safety, with commercial exposure to The Health and Safety at Work Act and OHSAS 45001 standards.

Additionally, hands-on experience in maintaining facilities and buildings, while ensuring all safety standards are upheld to the highest quality, is essential.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to join an established and collaborative team.

The role:

- Be compliant with the daily of the H&S Management System
- Manage and maintain facilities control spreadsheets
- Conduct safety audits
- Induction of new starters
- Continuously promote current and future H&S programmes
- Manage and liaise contractors on site

Essential Skills / experience:

- Previously held a Facilities Manager role, or similar position
- Hold NEBOSH Certification
- Thorough understanding of the Health & Safety at Work Act
- Previous experience of site maintenance, facilities, fire and security.
- Able to collaborate with internal teams, and external contractors.
