Working hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum

Your new role
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Facilities Manager to be able to manage Water Hygiene/Decontamination at University Hospital Coventry & Warwickshire.
We are looking for a Facilities Manager with the ability to manage demanding scenarios and who can undertake performance monitoring and fault diagnosis, using fine tools and equipment. You will be a dedicated and committed member of the team with a flexible approach and will have excellent attention to detail. You must be approachable, as they will be liaising with clients and stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience working with CAFM systems, PPM planning and reactive maintenance tasks.
  • Considerable knowledge of Healthcare Engineering services within the water hygiene profession.
  • Experience of working in an acute or non-acute hospital setting.
  • Strong analytical and judgement skills
  • NEBOSH / IOSH Certificates
  • A full UK Driving Licence is essential.
