Facilities Manager

Prestigious law firm is seeking a Facilities Manager to join their thriving Facilities department in London on a permanent basis.

  • Salary to £70,000
  • 9.30am to 5.30pm

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Facilities Manager with proven facilities management experience gained from a law firm or professional services environment.

Facilities Manager Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for the facilities helpdesk service and query resolution including liaising with building management and external contractors.
  • Ensuring all contractors and suppliers provide a cost effective and high-quality service.
  • Ensuring all pre-planned contractor works are undertaken in accordance with in-house and building management processes.
  • Ensuring the office environment is effective for agile working.
  • Acting as Project Manager, under the direction of the Head of Business Services, on all facilities projects.
  • Responsibility for managing the Facilities Assistant and General Office team.

Facilities Manager Requirements:

  • Facilities management experience gained from a law firm or professional services environment.
  • People management / supervision experience.
  • Experience in managing tenant demised areas within a multi-occupancy building.
  • Refurbishment project experience within an agile working environment
  • Ability to be flexible to meet the demands of the work.
  • Relevant facilities management qualifications.
