Your new company
Hays are partnered with a new client who are looking for a new Facilities Manager in the Epsom area, this is a hybrid role working two days from home.
Although this is a multi-site role (two sites), the majority of work will be carried out on there main site rarely having to go to the second site (which is a 10-minute walk away).

Your new role
You will manage the complete oversight of the two buildings, as well as manage a team of four people.



Responsibilities:

  • Manage the PPM across the site
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols
  • Oversee the repair and maintenance of woodwork, equipment, and electrical systems
  • Coordinate with external contractors for specialised repairs or installations
  • Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
  • Inspect facilities to identify issues and ensure safety regulations are met
  • Create and manage maintenance budgets


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in maintenance management
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical schematics
  • Project management skills for planning and executing maintenance projects


Job Type: Full-time

  • Monday - Friday
  • 08:00am - 17:00pm
  • £40000 Per Annum
