Facilities Manager Required For an SEN Secondary school in Croydon, Crystal Palace

Location: Croydon

Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week

Long term role: £20 - £25 per hour

An SEN Secondary school is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Facilities Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our school facilities, creating a safe and conducive environment for our students and staff to thrive.

The Facilities Manager ensures that the School's premises are well managed and maintained, providing excellent facilities for school, community and commercial use with a safe and secure environment for all. The successful candidate will promote the ethos and well-being of the School as determined by the Head, in particular with regard to Health and Safety, neatness, cleanliness, orderliness, presentation and attractiveness. This is a hands-on role and candidates must have an understanding of all relevant statutory requirements to ensure the school is compliant with health and safety legislation and act as the registered Competent Person for the school.
