Are you a hands-on facilities professional with a passion for operational excellence in a manufacturing environment? Our client, a globally recognised brand within the premium FMCG space, is looking for a Facilities Manager to take ownership of site operations across their busy manufacturing location in Essex.

This particular site plays a key role in the company’s UK manufacturing operations, with a dedicated team focused on continuous improvement, safety, and sustainability.
The RoleThis is a newly created role, responsible for the management of 12 on-site buildings – including manufacturing, warehouse, and office facilities. You’ll be the go-to person for all things facilities, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient environments that support production and business continuity.
You’ll manage vendor relationships, oversee lease agreements, drive safety and compliance efforts, and help plan for the future of the site’s physical footprint.
