Your new role
It is an essential part of the facilities and maintenance team as it is imperative that the compliance checks around the campus are kept in order and up to date to ensure complete safety. These checks would include PAT testing, Legionella testing, Emergency light testing, fire alarm testing, fire extinguishers etc.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a good team player attitude whilst having experience in doing some of the above checks, or a desire to become knowledgeable around the above checks. You will need to be IT literate for this position.
