My client, a leader in their market, are looking to recruit a Facilities Supervisor position on a permanent basis to support their growing team.
The successful candidate will still get stuck in and involved in the day-to-day running side of facilities, as well as supervising and mentoring the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing supplier costs to find the best prices
- Monitoring the inbox and dealing with enquiries in a timely manner
- Managing external contractors
- Supervising the wider facilities team, delegating jobs and roles
- Supporting with Administrative tasks such as logging incoming cheques, logging files & checking invoices
- Ensuring the building is kept looking clean and tidy, including both client and communal areas
- A minimum of 1 – 3 years in a facilities role
- Previous mentoring experience is advantageous
- Ability to support the wider team and guide them
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail
- Up to £30,000
- St Albans & Radlett offices
- Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:15pm
- Free parking onsite
