We are delighted to be recruiting for this St Albans based professional organisation who is looking for a Facilities Supervisor. You and your team will ensure that the property, administration and facilities are in order.

You will already possess supervisory expertise and enjoy interacting and nurturing staff. You will ensure that the team maintain the day to day needs of the business. Reviewing supplier costs where necessary. Monitoring and acting upon the needs of the inbox requests. Assisting with office moves and work station set ups. Manage external contractors, including cleaning and maintenance. Taking responsibility to ensure that the property is clean and properly provisioned with stock refreshments.

You will have a good knowledge of Microsoft, be a car driver, able to lift, move and carry sizeable objects and possess good written and verbal communication skills.
