Catch 22 are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Facilities Team Member to join our team. As a key member of the facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the Clients facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and report damages.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm

Contract: Temporary until end of September 2024.

Pay: £12.55 per hour (paid weekly)

Start: Monday 8th July 2024

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily room turnovers to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and organization
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in accordance with safety and sanitation standards
  • Report damages, maintenance issues, and supply shortages to the facilities manager
  • Support other team members as necessary to ensure smooth operations of the facilities
  • Uphold a positive and professional attitude while interacting with staff and guests

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning and maintenance techniques
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently
  • Understanding of safety protocols and procedures

BASIC DBS within the last 12 months is required.
