Facilities Temp 0721

Our client, a telecommunications business based in City of London, is seeking a Facilities Temp who has reception experience and ideally facilities experience. The client offers a shift pattern of either 8am-4:30pm or 9.30am-6pm, the successful candidate will choose one shift pattern to work.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Conducting daily checks of the work area.
• Supporting with reception queries.
• Managing visitors to the site.
• Assisting with events.
• Coordinating external contractors.
• Setting up rooms.
• Managing snack and stationary stock.
• Collecting fruit deliveries from the loading bay.
• Assisting with general ad hoc workplace requests.
Requirements:
• Previous experience working in reception.
• Facilities background is preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Good organisational skills.
