PLEASE READ THE JOB - MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL AND WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR AN OPERATIONS MANAGER.

We are looking for an experienced and hands on factory production supervisor to start a full-time role at a busy site in the Rugby area.

This is a key role for this client and one where you directly supervisor the production function within the factory, plan labour, allocate staff to the key locations needed to meet demand and deal with forecasting.

There may be times where you need to operate machinery yourself, deal with staff development or return to work interviews.

It's a nice role working within a well-established, busy factory.

To be considered, you need:

  • At least 2 years factory production supervisory experience.
  • Good understands of a production process and the pains.
  • Analytical mindset and someone who is a natural problem solver.
  • Excellent written / spoken English skills.
  • Great people skills, you need to win hearts, mind and motivate people.

This role offers you:
