Job Description
- Work with Project and Business managers to set up a new department within an already well-established company
- Take ownership of various manufacturing processes ensuring efficiency and optimisation
- Manage quality standards on the shop floor ensuring compliance with ISO regulations
- Provide practical support to manufacturing teams when needed
Factory Supervisor
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering and machine builds
- Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment
- Prior experience working towards continuous improvements of quality procedures
- Understanding of rotary machinery is desirable
