A North West based multi disciplinary Legal Practice are seeking a Family Law Assistant/ Secretary to join their team based at their Merseyside office. The role is office based.

The Role:

  • You will be assisting the Head of Family Law with a range of Family Law matters to include divorce and separation, pre and post nuptial agreements, financial settlements, domestic abuse, cohabitation and separation agreements and many other Family Law matters.
  • Duties will also include general administration tasks, dictation, typing, speaking to clients, arranging appointments, filing.


The Ideal Candidate:

  • You will ideally have previous Family Law experience or can show a genuine interest in Family Law work.
  • If you have studied the LPC etc the Family Law elective would be desirable.
  • Excellent administrative and IT skills.
  • Good communicator and able to work individually as well as part of a team.
