OVERVIEW:

• An experienced family solicitor with over 3 years will be expected to take over the current caseload and progress files to cover maternity leave.

• Significant experience in Private Family Law is required as the caseload will include various matters such as divorce, separation, child arrangements and other family disagreements.

• As an experienced locum solicitor, you will be able to settle into the role easily, progress the existing files and hit the ground running.

• You will be expected to work independently with responsibility over your own caseload and admin duties.

• This is an on-going assignment on a part-time basis (3 days per week).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to interact effectively with clients and other stakeholders, ensuring exceptional client care.
