Description

  • Providing comprehensive support to solicitors on family law cases
  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Conducting legal research and compiling case files
  • Liaising with clients to gather and relay information
  • Ensuring compliance with company and legal regulations
  • Managing and organising legal documentation and digital files
  • Participating in client meetings and taking minutes
  • Assisting in the preparation of court proceedings

Profile

A successful Family Law Paralegal should have:

  • A degree in law, paralegal studies or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of family law procedures and regulations
  • Proficiency in legal research and documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage a diverse caseload
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
