Reed Legal is partnering with a prestigious firm in Solihull to recruit a driven Family Solicitor. With significant expansion plans on the horizon, this role offers a unique opportunity to influence the future of our family law services.


Job Title: Family Solicitor
Location: Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham 
Type: Full-time (Hybrid working)


Experience Required: 5+ years PQE
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000


Handle a diverse range of family law cases, including:

•    Divorce proceedings

•    Financial settlements involving substantial assets such as properties and pensions

•    Cohabitation disputes and agreements

•    Prenuptial agreements

•    TOLATA (Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act) matters

•    Child custody and related issues

Requirements:

•    Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience.

•    Proven advocacy experience.

•    Capable of building and expanding a department.

•    Eager to network and promote the firm.

•    Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

•    Exceptional client care skills.

•    Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
