You shall manage your own caseload of family law matters in relation to divorce, pre and post nuptial agreements, child law, adoption, domestic abuse, and family mediation.

The Highlands & Islands Team is led by a hugely experienced Partner who is supportive without being a micro manager and is there for guidance and mentorship.

It goes without saying you shall have a natural affinity with people and be able to help people at some of the most vulnerable points in their lives, empathy, compassion and the ability to communicate clearly are all essential qualities. You'll also be highly organised and have the ability to meet deadlines.
