Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Family Law Solicitor on behalf of our Northampton based client, to join their Family Team.

We are considering individuals with a range of experience, but are ideally looking for someone who is 1 year PQE, up to Senior Associate level.

You will need to be competent at working independently, handling your own caseload from initial instruction through to conclusion and (if you are coming in at the more senior end) providing guidance and mentoring to our more junior team members. T

This is a role where your voice will be heard, with genuine scope for a challenging but supported career.

Responsibilities:

You will be working on matters including:

• Divorce
• Property and Finances
• Children issues
• Trusts of Land
• Pre/post-nuptial and cohabitation agreements
• Non-molestation applications

Salary: From £45,000 pa + excellent benefits package.
