Family Law Solicitor Location: Manchester/Blackburn Salary: up to £52,000 depending on experience
Role Overview An established and client-focused firm, renowned for delivering expert legal support and HR consultancy, is seeking a Family Law Solicitor to manage a privately funded and Legal Aid caseload. Based in either Manchester or Blackburn, this role involves handling divorce, finances, Children Act matters, and some advocacy work. The position offers a dynamic, supportive environment where relationship building and legal excellence are key.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
Minimum 2 years PQE in Family Law
SRA Family Law Accreditation (essential)
Proven ability to manage a varied caseload independently
Experience with both private and Legal Aid family matters
Strong advocacy and client relationship management skills
Track record of meeting and exceeding financial and performance targets
Confident in marketing and contributing to business development activities
