Role:
The chosen candidate will play an integral part in managing a diverse caseload, assisting solicitors in preparing for hearings, and ensuring clients receive the highest standard of service. The role demands meticulous attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. The successful applicant will be instrumental in drafting legal documents, liaising with clients, and conducting legal research, all while maintaining the strictest confidentiality.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a legal assistant or paralegal, preferably within family law
- Familiarity with legal procedures and protocols related to divorce and private family matters
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential
- Proficiency in using legal case management systems and standard office software
- A minimum of a relevant legal qualification (e.g., LPC, CILEx) is highly desirable
