Legal PA - Family - London Law Firm - Paying up to £48k + WFH 2 DAYS PW

Leading International Law firm seek a Legal PA to support a Partner and Fee Earners within their Family department. The firm represent Clients across the globe and are known for their thought-provoking work. They provide advice on the full spectrum of private Family Law and offer support staff the opportunity for growth - being encouraged to develop within your own role is part and parcel of their working environment.

  • Paying up to £48,000
  • Hybrid working policy - 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
  • This role sits within the Family Department, but the Client will look at Candidates with Legal Secretarial experience in Litigation and or Private Client
  • This role will suit an ambitious Team Assistant/Legal Secretary who has supported Fee Earners as a direction allocation and or within a Hub set up

Duties include:

  • Day to day diary management to include scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Arranging global travel to include business itineraries.
  • Email management.
  • Audio typing, creating and amending correspondence and placing documents into house style.
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations, memos and reports.
  • Time entry.
  • Manage the billing process.
  • Assistance with the BD activities.
