ROLE: Family Solicitor 3PQE
SALARY: Up to 38k
LOCATION: Stockport

General Responsibilities:
* Responsible for running a caseload of public and private family matters (Majority being public work)
* Family Domestic Abuse, Non Molestation Orders and Children Law experience is vital.
* Arrange and attend meetings with clients ensuring a professional service and excellent client care standards
* Attend court hearings, prison visits, police stations and any other off-site requirement
* Conduct your own advocacy
