Job Title: Family Solicitor (3 years + PQE)
Location: Chelmsford or Hornchurch, Essex
Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

My client who are a leading legal 500 law firm with a reputation for excellence and a commitment to client satisfaction, are currently seeking a talented and experienced Family Solicitor to join our dynamic team at either their Chelmsford or Hornchurch office.

Role Overview: As a Family Solicitor, you will bring your expertise in Family Law to manage and advise on a variety of cases. You will handle your own caseload with appropriate supervision, ensuring clients receive the highest standard of service.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise on all aspects of Family Law, including divorce, child custody, financial settlements, and more.
  • Manage and run your own caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Engage in marketing, networking, and business development activities to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude and a solution-focused mindset that prioritizes the client's interests.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years PQE (Post Qualification Experience) in Family Law.
  • Comprehensive working knowledge and understanding of Family Law practice areas.
  • Experience in managing and running your own cases.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and develop relationships.
  • Proactive attitude and a client-first approach.
  • Willingness to participate in and initiate business development activities.
