The Opportunity: The firm is currently seeking an experienced Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their esteemed team. This role offers a diverse caseload, a competitive salary, and a comprehensive benefits package. The position is full-time with hybrid and flexible working arrangements available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, separation, financial remedy, co-habitation, children matters, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
- Providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
- Contributing to the ongoing development and success of the firm.
- A minimum of 3 years PQE in family law.
- Experience as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx).
- Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in handling family law matters.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
