You should have expertise in the following areas of family law:
- Child protection public law
- Private law
- International family law
- Divorce, matrimonial issues, and matters involving unmarried couples
- Adoption and surrogacy
- Domestic violence cases
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Competent and willing to undertake your own advocacy
- Prepared to network and generate new business
- Family or children panel accredited, or willing to work towards accreditation
- Family Law Advanced and/or Resolution Accreditation is preferred
What We Seek:
- A proactive individual who can hit the ground running
- Understanding of legal aid processes
- Ability to undertake and generate private paying work
