FAMILY SOLICITOR

Family Solicitor/Legal Executive - Scunthorpe

Joining our forward thinking client, a successful practice providing a wide range of quality personal and business legal services, spanning over 100 years within Lincolnshire and with clients all over the UK, in joining them you will have an exceptional career.

We now have a new opening for a qualified and experienced Family Law Solicitor (or experienced Family Law Legal Executive) to join them in a hybrid role. When in the office, you will be based from their Scunthorpe office.

You will bring to the role a minimum of 2 years PQE or could even be a senior 7-8 years PQE experienced Solicitor.Salary is dependent upon level of experience.

You will work on your own busy caseload of divorce proceedings, financial matters, Children Act proceedings and domestic abuse cases.

You will have the ability to work in a fast-paced department, both as an individual and as part of a focused, driven and supportive team. You will utilise your ability in building speedy rapport with clients and other professionals. Be able to travel to and from other offices and the Courts, as and when required.

You will need to be:

• At least 2 years PQE (family law)
• Experience in dealing with divorce and children matters
• Experience of working with vulnerable clients and victim of domestic abuse
• Confident to conduct advocacy
• Familiar with the Legal Aid Agency CCMS
