Are you a skilled Family Solicitor or CILEX professional looking for a new opportunity? Our client, a prestigious Legal 500 multi-office practice based in Berkshire, is seeking a dedicated individual to join their highly respected Family Team at the Maidenhead office.

Position: Family Solicitor or CILEX

Location: Maidenhead, Berkshire

Type: Full-Time (with potential for flexible working arrangements)

Responsibilities:

As a member of the busy and esteemed Family Team, you will provide specialist advice and guidance to clients throughout the entire divorce and separation process, including Collaborative Law and all aspects of living together. Your role will encompass:

  • Divorce
  • Financial Remedy
  • Private Law Child Arrangements
  • Occupation/Non-Molestation Orders
  • TOLATA
  • Schedule 1 Children Act
  • Pre and Post Marital or Civil Partnership Agreements
  • Cohabitee Agreements
  • Separation Agreements

Qualifications:

  • 4-10 years PQE (Post-Qualified Experience) as a Solicitor or CILEX
  • Demonstrated expertise in family law
  • Strong client management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
