About the Firm:
My client is a long-established firm providing a range of legal services, with offices in Bolton and Manchester City Centre. We are currently keen to speak with an experienced Family Solicitor, ideally with 5 years’ PQE, to join its well-regarded Family team.
The Role:
As a Family Solicitor, you will play a crucial role in handling a diverse range of family law cases, including:
- Private Law
- Children Matters
- Divorce
- Separation
- Finances
Key Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Handle a varied caseload of family law matters, providing high-quality legal advice and support to clients
- Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients, offering guidance and assistance throughout their legal proceedings
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve positive outcomes for clients
- Documentation: Prepare necessary legal documents and ensure timely and accurate completion of all case-related paperwork
About You:
- Experience: Ideally 5 years’ PQE as a Family Solicitor
- Expertise: Proven experience in handling private law, children matters, divorce, separation, and financial cases
- Skills: Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Client-Focused: Strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service
