The Firm:
A well-established regional law firm with offices across Surrey and Middlesex is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join its team. This position offers a supportive and collaborative work environment, managing a diverse range of family law cases and supporting clients through challenging times.
Role Overview:
The Family Solicitor will handle a varied caseload, including:
- Divorce and separation matters
- Financial settlements and cohabitation disputes
- Private children issues, including residence and contact arrangements
- Domestic abuse cases
Responsibilities:
- Providing clear and compassionate legal guidance to clients
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Resolving disputes constructively, prioritizing the best interests of clients and children
- Managing cases effectively and ensuring compliance with legal standards
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- At least 1 years' PQE in Family Law
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to constructive dispute resolution
- Effective case management skills
