Are you a skilled Family Solicitor seeking the next step in your career? This well-established and highly respected law firm, with four offices across Worcestershire, is experiencing an exciting period of growth. As part of this expansion, it is looking for an experienced family solicitor to manage their own privately funded cases while also providing supervision and support to junior team members.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a varied and engaging caseload, covering all aspects of Family Law, including:

  • Divorce, Finance & Private Children Act matters
  • Advocacy – the ability to represent clients effectively
  • Team leadership – managing and mentoring a small team

You will also play a key role in business development, engaging in networking and marketing activities to support the firm’s continued growth.

The Ideal Candidate

Our client is seeking applications from Family Solicitors with 3+ years’ experience, who are:

  • Confident in handling their own advocacy
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional client service
  • Proactive in building strong relationships through networking and marketing
