Family Solicitor (NQ-5 PQE) - Richmond
£57,000 + Bonus (OTE £65k-£75k Year 1) + Private Medical Care

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Family Solicitor to join a prestigious full-service law firm in Richmond. This firm is renowned for its high-net-worth (HNW) client base and offers a dynamic, supportive environment where career progression is highly encouraged.

The Role:
You will work closely with an experienced partner in a small but highly regarded family law department, handling a varied caseload predominantly focused on private family and financial proceedings, with some children matters. The nature of the work and the client base demands a high level of professionalism and dedication, but you will receive ongoing training and development to support your growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of private family matters, including divorce, financial disputes, and private children cases
  • Providing high-quality advice to HNW clients with a focus on achieving positive outcomes
  • Collaborating closely with the partner and other team members
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships

About You:

  • Qualified Solicitor (NQ-5 years PQE) with experience in family law
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrable experience in handling private family and financial proceedings is desirable but not essiential
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and committed to career progression
