The Role
You will be managing your own caseload, focusing on privately funded family law matters, including:
- Divorce
- Financial settlements
- Private children matters
You will work within a small, supportive team, consisting of another solicitor and skilled support staff, using the SOS case management system.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in privately funded family law
- Proven ability to handle cases independently with minimal supervision
- Advocacy experience
- Proximity to the Telford area
