Elevate your legal career within a prestigious Law firm renowned for its expertise in Family and Childcare Law. Based in the heart of Cheshire, this firm is currently inviting an ambitious Family and Childcare Solicitor, with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience, to enhance their dynamic team.

This position promises a stimulating environment where your skills in managing a multifaceted caseload of childcare matters will be utilised to their full potential. The role demands proficiency in representing parents and guardians in care proceedings, including Interim Care Orders, Emergency Protection Orders, and Supervision Orders. Additionally, expertise in Special Guardianship Orders, private law, and Family Law Act proceedings will be essential.

The successful candidate will be adept at navigating the intricacies of divorce and separation, financial orders, cohabitation agreements, as well as pre and post-nuptial agreements. Familiarity with CCMS and Legal Aid processes is strongly desirable  for this role, ensuring that the highest standards of client service are maintained.

The firm seeks an individual who is not only a formidable advocate with the ability to conduct their own advocacy but also possesses exceptional client care skills. A strong communicator, both in writing and verbally, the ideal solicitor will thrive under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines.

While Children Panel membership or other relevant accreditation is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement for consideration.

In return, the firm offers an attractive array of benefits, including flexibility in working arrangements with a hybrid model, allowing for a balance between office presence and remote work. This is a chance to join a supportive team that values professional growth and provides a platform for continued development within the legal sphere.

Candidates who are driven, meticulous, and ready to contribute to a forward-thinking practice are encouraged to apply. This is more than a role; it is a chance to make a significant impact in a challenging yet rewarding field of law.
