Farm Manager needed in Kingswood

The rate is £20.00ph PAYE  

This is a temporary role

The successful candidate will manage the daily welfare programme of all animals and birds at the farm by setting own work priorities and organising an appropriate staff routine of proactive inspection and care, including regular feeding, cleaning and watering, vaccinations, basic medical treatments and organising routine specialist care such as farrier services.

They will take care of breeding livestock, such as calving, farrowing and kidding of the larger farm animal species. Including liaising with our Veterinary team when required and manage and supervise the farm staff and volunteers, directing their work according to the service need and ensuring compliance with safe working practices and the policies, procedures and Code of Conduct.
