Our client is a well established fashion supplier, looking for an experienced fashion account manager to join the team. Previous experience working on large fashion accounts within a supplier function is preffered.

Job Description

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
  • Develop positive relationships with clients.
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs.
  • Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers.
  • Gathering market and customer information to figure out the customer needs.
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
  • Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase.
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
  • Suggest actions to improve sale performance and identify opportunities for growth.

  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Good listening skills and attention to detail.
  • High level of resilience and the ability to handle rejection well.
  • Excellent interpersonal skill and the ability to flourish in a competitive industry.
  • A great sense of self-motivation, ambition, and determination.
  • Ability to achieve desired results both individually and as a part of a team.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Good self-management skill and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • 3+ years previous experience
  • Office based role
  • Salary is DOE
