Part-Time Fashion Lecturer - Birmingham

Are you passionate about fashion and eager to inspire the next generation of designers? We have an exciting opportunity for a Fashion Lecturer to join a vibrant college team in Birmingham on a part-time, temporary ongoing basis.

Position: Fashion Lecturer
Location: Birmingham
Type: Part-Time, Temporary, Ongoing
Schedule:

  • Mondays: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Level 2 Fashion and Textiles)
  • Wednesdays: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Level 3 Fashion and Textiles)
    Salary: £26.43 to £28.67 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons in Fashion and Textiles to Level 2 and Level 3 students.
  • Develop and implement creative lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Provide guidance and support to students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning are maintained.

Requirements:

  • Relevant teaching qualification and experience in Fashion and Textiles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with industry trends.
