Fee Earner - Commercial Property

A superb opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with over 5 years of post-qualification experience to join a leading law firm based in North Wales and Chester. This full-time position is based in the Chester office, with hybrid working options available. You will be responsible for a high quality, complex and varied caseload including easements and wayleaves, option agreements and leases and sale of land with development potential.

The ideal candidate for this role will have an in-depth understanding of commercial property work and a passion to develop their career in this field. Strong interpersonal skills and confidence when dealing with clients are vital traits for this role alongside an exceptionally high level of integrity and professionalism, and the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
