Female Sports Graduate - PE Cover (Secondary School)

Job Type: Full-Time | Salary: £100-£130 per day

Job Description:
Academics LTD is looking for a passionate female Sports Graduate to provide essential PE cover in a secondary school in Swindon. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience, supporting students both academically and in physical education. You'll have the chance to work as a Cover Supervisor or Teaching Assistant, helping to inspire the next generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver PE cover and support sports lessons across KS3 and KS4

  • Supervise students, ensuring positive behaviour management

  • Assist with setting up lessons and practical activities

  • Build strong relationships with students, encouraging participation in sports

  • Provide classroom support when needed, adapting to different roles

Ideal Candidate:

  • A degree in Sports, PE, or a related field (recent female graduates encouraged to apply!)

  • Experience working with young people (coaching, mentoring, or tutoring is a plus)

  • Confident, organised, and an excellent communicator

  • Passionate about promoting sports and wellbeing in education
