Metal Finisher / Fettler
Location: Leicester (LE3)
Salary: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 15:30 (overtime available)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Metal Finisher / Fettler to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in metal finishing, grinding, and deburring, who is looking to join a supportive and growing team with long-term prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fettling, grinding, and deburring metal components to a high standard

• Using hand tools, grinders, and air tools to smooth and finish metal parts

• Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards

• Working from technical drawings and instructions

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

• Assisting other areas of production when required

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a fettler, grinder, or metal finisher is essential

• Confident in using hand tools, angle grinders, and other finishing equipment

• Excellent attention to detail and a good eye for quality

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• A team player with a flexible approach to work

• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
