About the Role:

As a Live-in Care Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our Live-in Care customers receive the best possible care. You'll be a guiding light for our care team, helping them deliver the high standards we're known for. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Building strong relationships with customers, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Leading efforts to bring in new customers and carers
  • Working closely with our care coordinator to manage schedules and activities
  • Checking in on carers and offering support as needed
  • Visiting customers to ensure they're happy with the care they're receiving
  • Dealing with enquiries, arranging assessments, and creating care plans
  • Keeping an eye on carer paperwork and taking action when needed
  • Keeping records up to scratch and making sure we're following all the rules

Work Schedule:

  • Core days are Monday to Friday between 8.30 am- 5pm
  • On call rota, 1 in 5 weeks
