ield Service Engineer/ Technician

Salary £35,000 – £45,000 DOE & Plus OT (£25 Dure in the week and £40 for weekends)
Covering UK & Ireland
(In workshop when not on site at customers)
25 days Holiday + Banks
Standard Hours are 8am – to 5pm

Role Overview

- Tasked with diagnosing, repairing, installing, and commissioning complex machinery professionally, as well as training customers' staff.
- Collaborating effectively with the current engineering team.
- Carrying out planned maintenance visits.
- Managing internal and external communication before, during, and after work execution.
- Providing technical support to customers, including both telephone and on-site assistance.
- Travelling primarily within the UK and Ireland, with potential for international travel as needed.
- Submitting detailed reports following on-site work with customers.
- Capable of multi-tasking and handling a varied and demanding role.

To apply you must have

- An understanding of both mechanical and electrical workings (Electrical Biased 415V)
- Working on capital equipment,  industrial machinery or FMCG of some sort.
- Track record of longevity within their current or past role.
