Help monitor and support those who need it most, ensuring safety and security for all.

Role: Field Monitoring Officer

Pay: £12.92p/hr plus overtime rate

Location: Covering areas in the MK, SG and AL postcode areas

Shifts: Primarily evening shifts 4pm - 2am Mon-Sun, shifts are 7.5 hours

Start Date: 3rd September

Contract Duration: Temporary ongoing contract

Travel: This role will involve extensive travel and you will be provided with a hire car to attend all visits

As an Electronic Field Monitoring Officer, you'll play a key part in:

• Installing and decommissioning electronic monitoring equipment in the homes of those subject to electronic monitoring.
• Visit the homes of those on curfew, with the purpose of installing and calibrating monitoring equipment, so that the person on curfew can be detected within the boundaries of their property.
• Installation and upkeep of electronic monitoring devices
• Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations and clear communication
• Delivering top-notch customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring

Further Details

• Full UK Driving License with no more that 9 points
• Extensive travel within the UK - Car & fuel car provided for work purposes
• No prior experience needed - we'll provide all the training you need!
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with an excellent standard of verbal English
• Ability to work flexibly, both independently and as part of a dynamic team
• Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• You must be able to provide work references and address history to complete security screening
