Reed Talent Solutions are working in partnership with Fujitsu on the search for a Field Resource Controller at their Bracknell site.

What does a day in the life look like?

Within this role you will be responsible for incident management. This includes logging incidents, triaging an assignment, managing the resolution of an incident, and communicating with internal teams and 3rd parties to provide updates on the incident.

What does a successful candidate look like?

We are looking for candidates who have experience with diary management and scheduling. Ideally you will have customer service experience which includes being a liaison between different parties.

You must be willing to learn and be comfortable in a setting that requires adaptability.

This opportunity is perfect for a self-starter, someone who is motivated, and someone who can be flexible.

What do you need to know about the role?

  • Pay rate - £15 per hour PAYE (paid weekly one week in arears)
  • Location - onsite full time at Lovelace Rd, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 8SN
  • Shift pattern - Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm during training, then either 7am to 3:30pm or 10:30am to 7pm after training
  • Contract type - temporary via Reed Talent Solutions
  • Duration - 6 months ongoing

For this role you will be required to complete Security Clearance vetting. If you are already Security Cleared and have the ability to transfer your clearance, please let Reed know when we speak with you.
