Established and growing business currently seeking New Business Development Manager. The business is committed to providing top-quality services to their customers and are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team.

We need a passionate Field Sales Executive to drive sales and expand our customer base. You will find new business opportunities and meet sales targets in your designated area.

You will be required to:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in B2B sales.
  • Generate leads and new business through cold calling.
  • Manage and grow your sales territory.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
  • Understand our services to meet client needs.
  • Present and propose our offerings to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts to secure sales.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and report to management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals.

The right person will have:

  • Experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar role.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in B2B sales and business development.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.

In return you can expect a competitive basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000pa plus a good level of commission and a company car working Monday to Friday days
