Optima are actively searching for multiple Field Sales candidates to come and join a client of ours who are growing at a rapid rate across all parts of the country working within an exciting up and coming sector.

If successful you will be joining an already established sales team where your role is to be the 'face’ of the company, representing their brand within your area and introducing their products and services to potential new customers.

As this is a full-time, field-based sales role you must hold a Full UK Driving License and have access to your own vehicle.

Full Time Package

  • Competitive basic salary of £25,000 + car allowance of £5,000 per annum.
  • Uncapped commission - expected earnings around £60k in first year.
  • Top earners are exceeding £80k in the last 12 months.
  • All expenses covered including fuel.
  • All product training provided.

  • Company branded clothing provided.

The Role

  • Door-to-door selling into assigned territories.
  • Pitching and closing sales.
  • Engaging professionally with existing and potential customers.
  • Updating of customer database.

Experience Required

  • At least 12-months' sales experience.
  • Preferably previous door-to-door sales experience is desirable but not required.
  • Previous face-to-face sales is a must.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A full driving license & own vehicle.
