Our client is currently recruiting for a Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for building on existing client relationships, onboarding prospective and lapsed clients as well as touching base with live clients to increase turnover and expand the pool of clients currently booking on a weekly/monthly basis within the Transport and Logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

1) Client Visits

Going out 3 days per week to visit prospective and lapsed clients across our territory with an aim of getting the clients to utilise our services and build and maintain a relationship with the client.

2) Telesales

Contacting prospective, lapsed and live clients to discuss what driver hire does, who we are and how we can help with there business as well as booking in appointments to see the clients face to face.

3) Sales Administration

Sending follow-ups out to clients after successful visits, updating the CRM system with all visits and what has been discussed as well when the client wasn’t there or there’s been a change in position, chasing account packs that have been sent out and need returning and general admin duties such as answering inbound calls.

Qualifications & Experience

1) Minimum C Grade or Higher at GCSE (Or equivalent) Level in English and Maths is required for this role.

2) Minimum 2 years’ experience working within a sales environment, with specific experience in telesales or field sales.

3) Previous experience attending and running client visits

The right candidate will need the following skills to competently do the role.

1) Proficiency using Microsoft 365 (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel)
