An exciting opportunity to join a successful provider of scientific laboratory instruments and services.

You will be responsible for the installation, diagnosis, service and repair of a range of scientific instrumentation.

Based from home, you will cover customer sites across the Midlands, travelling further afield when required. You will work on a range of scientific instrumentation including elemental analysers.

A full UK driving license is essential and you must be able to travel extensively.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- Experience diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults in analytical instruments

- Strong troubleshooting skills

- Ability to read schematics and diagrams

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Applications are invited from existing scientific instrument field service engineers looking for a new challenge. Laboratory analysts with experience of maintaining analytical equipment & looking to expand their knowledge of instrument repair and service will also be considered.
